When purchasing via our website, we accept payment via PayPal. Simply contact us with your email address and we will send you a PayPal invoice for your chosen product. Once we have received payment your product will then be shipped and you should receive it within 2-5 working days.

Delivery Information for Ireland & Northern Ireland


Delivery Policies:

  • Free if collected in Store.
  • Within Ireland & Northern Ireland we have a flat rate of €10.00 per delivery from 500 grams to 30kg. Any items above this weight, delivery will be quoted accordingly.
  • The above rates are for delivery to any county in Ireland & Northern Ireland.

Flemings Department Store aim to deliver all orders to Ireland and Northern Ireland within three working days. Should you not be at the address to accept your order, please supply a delivery address where someone will be there to accept it for you.

Goods being delivered by Courier will be delivered between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

If your goods do not arrive within three working days, please contact us and we will contact the carrier. All courier parcels we send are insured at no extra cost.

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Flemings Department Store cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

At Flemings Department Store we have carefully selected the best products on the market and hope that you are happy with your purchase.


Returning Unwanted Goods

In accordance with the Distance Selling legislation, we are happy for you to return unwanted goods within 7 days from date of delivery so long as they are returned in an unused new condition with the original packaging, the original invoice and a completed returns form. Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted, including any damage done to outer packaging. We will issue a full refund to the customer, only after inspecting the returned item.

Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay postage costs.

Returning Faulty Goods within guarantee period
If you discover the goods you have purchased to be faulty upon receiving, please contact us at once by telephone followed by written confirmation either in an email or a letter so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All goods sold are covered by the standard manufactures warranty against faulty materials or poor workmanship. Faulty goods must be returned with proof of purchase and returns form. We will endeavor to resolve the issue upon receipt of the faulty goods by either replacing the product with a new or equivalent model or a refund for the original invoice value to your credit card/method of payment, at no extra cost.

Proof of purchase must be supplied before warranty repairs can be accepted. Where goods fail during the guarantee period we will, on inspection, if the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, arrange a repair or replacement (if the goods cannot be repaired).

However, if the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, we will provide a quote for rectifying the problem and you will be responsible for meeting the cost.

For goods which sustain accidental damage whilst in day-to-day use we will be happy to obtain a quote for rectification of the problem. In these circumstances you will be responsible for meeting any carriage charges that may be necessary to return the item(s) to us for inspection to assess the extent of the problem.


Returning Damaged Goods
All goods must be inspected by you upon receipt and any damage in transit or shortages must be notified to Flemings Department Store within 48 hours of receipt. No claims for damage in transit or shortages will be considered after this period.

In circumstances where the packaging is clearly damaged on arrival, it would be helpful to us in resolving any problem, if, when signing to accept delivery, you could write Box damaged on the delivery record.



We regret that we cannot offer refunds on mattresses, nappy products or assembled furniture unless faulty. When ordering assembled furniture please check that access to your premises will accommodate delivery.


Returns Step by Step Process:

  • Inform us via email that you wish to return the goods and clearly state the type of return in the email i.e. Refund/Faulty/Damaged.
  • If at all possible use the original delivery box or obtain a new box (at your own expense). We would ask you not to write, label or tape the retail packaging when returning unwanted purchases. If this happens, it may affect your refund claim.
  • Make sure to firmly pad the returning goods to avoid damage in transit.
  • Tape the box securely and clearly mark our return address on the outside of the box. If you are using the original box, please make sure to remove or unmark your delivery address.
  • Organise shipping for the returning goods and retain a receipt from the courier company as proof of postage, as unfortunately we will not be able to accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
  • In the case of ‘Returning Unwanted Goods’ only the price of the returned product will be refunded. Delivery and shipping costs will not be refunded.
